Care Instructions
Avoid excessive sweat exposure and keep away from chemicals (such as skincare products, chemical agents, and alcohol-based wipes). Contact with corrosive liquids may cause discoloration. Additionally, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, open flames, and heat sources, as these can accelerate the aging and discoloration of the leather.
Genuine leather is susceptible to scratches, so avoid sharp objects. If fine scratches occur, the leather will gradually recover with use over time, and the surface will become more uniform and glossy. Even minor scratches will create a vintage, worn look.
The leather is water- and oil-resistant. If it gets wet or comes into contact with oil, immediately use a dry cotton cloth to absorb moisture and gently wipe it clean. Water or oil stains can accelerate discoloration. Avoid friction with dyed fabrics to prevent color transfer, especially with light-colored leather.
Daily Care
For daily maintenance of vegetable-tanned leather, you can use specialized leather conditioner to maintain its delicate feel and luster. However, this should not be done too frequently—once a month is sufficient.
If you do not have professional leather conditioner, you can use a natural, colorless hand cream or face cream for care. Be sure to test a small amount of the cream on the edges of the leather before applying it to the entire surface.
Special Situation Handling
If the leather edges warp due to excessive dryness during transport, you can use your fingertip to press along the edges. Over time, the natural oils secreted by your skin will make the genuine leather product shinier and more fitted. If the warping is severe, please contact customer service for after-sales support.
If the edges of the phone case or earphone case show slight shrinkage, you can use a specialized leather conditioner or a mild, colorless hand cream or face cream to moisturize the leather fibers. If the shrinkage is severe, please contact customer service for after-sales support.
